2014-ல், தினேஷ் சரவணன் தனது சகோதரனை ஒரு சாலை விபத்தில் இழந்தார். பால் விற்பனையாளரான அவரது சகோதரர், வறுமையில் வாழ்ந்தாலும் மற்றவர்களுக்கு தன்னலமின்றி உதவி செய்தார் -- குழந்தைகளுக்கு இலவச பால் வழங்குவது, தன் உடன்பிறப்புகளின் நலனுக்காக 35 வயது வரை தன் திருமணத்தை தியாகம் செய்வது போன்றவை.
பிஇ கணினி அறிவியல் பட்டதாரியான தினேஷ், சென்னையில் மென்பொருள் பொறியாளராகப் பணிபுரிகிறார். தன் சகோதரனின் மரபை தொடர சபதம் எடுத்தார். தனிப்பட்ட அஞ்சலியாகத் தொடங்கியது வேலூர், திருப்பத்தூர், ராணிப்பேட்டை மற்றும் திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டங்களில் 12 ஆண்டுகால இடைவிடாத சேவையாக வளர்ந்துள்ளது.

2014
The Beginning
Started social work after brother Saravanan's passing in a road accident. Began distributing milk and food to underprivileged children, continuing his legacy.
2015
Tree Planting Campaigns
Started distributing saplings door-to-door using a cycle rickshaw across Vellore. Began seed ball initiatives on hills.
2016
Education Support
First round of exam kits distributed to government school students. Started supporting orphan students with school supplies.
2017
Housing for Tribals
Built cement-sheet houses for 7 tribal families in Javvadu Hills, Tiruvannamalai. They were living in dilapidated thatched huts.
2018
Smart Classroom Initiative
Transformed the first government Adi Dravidar school with a smart classroom featuring projector, speakers, and colorful murals.
2019
Livelihood Support
Distributed 10 push carts to widows for self-employment. Started regular food distribution covering 5 days per month.
2020
COVID-19 Frontline Response
Fed 100 people for 200 days, distributed kapasura kudineer to 10,000+ families. Recognized by CM Edappadi K. Palaniswami. Won first TN Green Champion Award.
2021
School Renovations & Healthcare
Renovated girls' toilet at Perumugai school. Donated oxygen concentrators and smart TV to government hospitals during COVID second wave.
2022
6 Smart Classrooms
Completed 6 smart classrooms across Vellore district. District Collectors and MLAs inaugurated the classrooms.
2023
Environmental Milestone
Crossed 15 lakh seed balls milestone. Second TN Green Champion Award. 1 lakh saplings distributed cumulatively.
2024
Selvam Magal & Palm Seeds
500 savings accounts opened for girl children under Selvam Magal Semippu scheme. 1.4 lakh palm seeds planted along Palar river.
2025
Palar River Restoration
Major Palar river cleanup campaign with Hyundai Mobis JCB and Exnora. Featured on Thanthi TV. Continued tribal advocacy.
2026
Tribal Rights Movement
Viral reel on tribal struggles (738K views). Secured electricity for 47 families. Continuing the fight for basic amenities in hill villages.
